Honor 80 May Be Equipped With Snapdragon 782G, Pro Variant Using Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1

 


Honor has scheduled a launch event in China on November 23. There are a number of new products to be announced, including the Honor 80 5G series. This is an updated model for the Honor 70 series that was announced around the middle of this year.



Commenting further, the design has been fully revealed through several tweets on Weibo. This time it's the turn of the smartphone's main specification information to be found. As far as is known, this series consists of several different variations.


This includes the Honor 80 which is reported to come with a Snapdragon 728G chip. This chip has not yet been officially announced by Qualcomm and no rumors about it have been heard as of this writing. Meanwhile, the pro version uses Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.



In the meantime, there is also a possibility that the SE variant will also be announced which is rumored to be complete with the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chip. As usual, Honor will definitely share more information about their new phone from time to time.
