Huawei launched the MateStation X stylish AIO last year as a competitor to the IMAC. It not only looks premium but also comes with high specifications. Yesterday this AIO was updated with the new Huawei MateStation X 2023 model with better specifications than the previous model.
It maintains a 28.2″ screen with a 4K 60FPS resolution that also supports user finger touch. This time an Intel i9-12900H chip, 16GB RAM memory, up to 1TB M.2 SSD storage and a 2MP FHD web camera. In terms of audio, a pair of 5W stereo speakers are matched with a 10W subwoofer tuned by Devialet.
I/O options are 2x UBS-C (USB 3.2 Gen 1, Thunderbolt 4), 2x USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 1) and 1 3.5mm audio jack. On the keyboard there is a fingerprint scanner built into the power button and also touch support for Huawei Share. Both keyboard and mouse accessories use bluetooth tethering.
Only the angle of elevation of the screen can be adjusted unlike the MateView which can be changed in height. One more thing, all the computer components are placed on the neck along with the speakers that point forward.
The computer uses Windows 11 with support to upgrade to Windows 11 when this operating system is launched later. In China Huawei MateStation X 2023 is sold at a price of RMB 12,699 (~RM 8250) with two color options Deep Space Gray and Silver.
