Joe Belfiore Leaves Microsoft After 32 Years

 

When talking about Microsoft, commonly known names include Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and even Sattya Nadela who drove various eras of the technology company from Redmont.

Recently, Joe Belfiore has announced that he will leave Microsoft after leading a number of their big projects. Before leaving Microsoft, he headed the Microsoft Office division, and was also responsible for the development of the Windows 10 operating system and also introduced the Windows Phone device and ecosystem.

Joe Belfiore is leaving Microsoft after 32 years with the company, but says he will stay on until next summer to help with the transition and will train a new generation of management before leaving Microsoft entirely.
