LG Introduces 27-Inch OLED Gaming Screen Display With 240Hz Refresh Rate

 


With the launch of the latest series of AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, much has been said about how the focus of computer gaming is now increasingly shifting to high resolutions such as 4K and 8K.



Even so, LG, one of the South Korean technology companies that is quite famous for their display offerings, has announced their latest LG Ultragear OLED gaming screen that comes in a size of 27 inches.



In terms of resolution, the Ultragear OLED screen display uses an OLED panel, which is not something that is often seen especially at this size. It also comes with a QHD (2560×1440) resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate that guarantees an excellent gaming experience.


In terms of technology support, this LG Ultragear OLED supports AMD FreeSync Premium display technology as well as NVIDIA G-SYNC for a gaming experience that has no issues looking for graphics on the display. For more beautiful color processing, this display also supports HDR10 technology.



This display also comes with two HDMI plugs and one DisplayPort plug. Specific specifications for these plugs have not been confirmed yet, but they are expected to be HDMI 2.1 plugs as well as DisplayPort 1.4a.



The LG Ultragear OLED display's price tag is set at $999 on LG USA's website, but it's not on sale yet.
