WhatsApp has now updated the WhatsApp Beta application, adding a new feature that brings support for WhatsApp on Android tablets.
Through this latest WhatsApp Beta update, users can link a new device, which is an Android tablet. To use it, users first need to download WhatsApp on the tablet – and then link it to your phone number by scanning the QR code on the WhatsApp app on the phone.
For now, WhatsApp is still labeling it as Beta - and not yet widely offered.
In any case, with this offering in beta, it also hints that the feature will be rolled out to the public in the coming weeks.
