One of the things we do once a month is check where our Netflix account is accessed from. Sometimes it can be seen that the account is accessed from a country that we do not occupy, confirming that the account may have had its password stolen. The password is then changed immediately to prevent it from being used for free. Today Netflix launched the Manage Access and Devices feature that simplifies the management of devices that can access the account.
Manage Access and Devices is provided on the account settings screen. Users can then see a list of accessing devices, profiles used, operating systems and when they were last accessed. If there is access from an unknown device, the user can kick it out. The feature is accessible to Netflix customers worldwide today.
