Netflix Now Allows Customers to Remove Other Devices Logged In to the Same Account

To this day, many users share Netflix accounts to save paying monthly. Although this is not allowed by Netflix, until they will introduce a fee for the account sharing feature.

Recently, Netflix has introduced the Manage Access and Devices feature. Through this feature, the account owner can remove other devices that are logged in using the same account. If it was previously necessary to log out for all devices, this feature allows account owners to choose to remove specific devices. Logged in devices will display active profiles, last viewed date and location along with IP address.

According to Netflix, this feature will make it even easier for those who often roam and watch Netflix in the hotel and then forget to log out. But it's also perfect for a lover who's broken up, ditched an unidentified device because account information was stolen, or a friend who shares an account but refuses to pay.

Through Manage Access and Devices users are also encouraged to change passwords, but not required. To access this feature, tap the user's profile picture, select Account and tap Manage Access and Devices.
