Netflix has now updated their Netflix Basic plan offering which costs RM35 per month, where users can now watch movies and TV series at 720p resolution.
This is an upgrade over the previous offering at just 480p resolution.
This resolution upgrade update is offered to all existing Netflix Basic customers, as well as new customers to the plan.
The introduction of this update also coincides with the introduction of advertising support on Netflix in several countries.
