Some information about Chrome was revealed by their employees. The Google Chrome web browser launcher will be updated to keep it alive. This code seems to get a lot of people talking – especially developers.
Chrome is currently running on Manifest V2 code and is awaiting the arrival of Manifest V3. Manifest V3 has an issue where developers can inject ad code that can be controlled remotely. Although many developers prefer V2 over V3, Google has had to delay updates to Chrome so that no developer can remotely inject illegal ad code.
For now, as long as Google doesn't update. Chrome with Manifest code V3 – users can all use Ad Block as usual. If it is updated, unscrupulous developers can use existing security vulnerabilities to hunt down victims.
