Bugatti is better known as a high-performance car manufacturer whose price reaches tens of millions of ringgit. Lately, Bugatti has been tinkering with the production of smart watches with the BugattiOS operating system. Yesterday they also launched the Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition which is the first watch with a body made of carbon fiber material.
The carbon fiber block was cut using a CNC machine. This Carbone Limited Edition design is the same as the Bugatti Ceramique Edition One Pur Sport, Bugatti Ceramique Edition One Le Noire and Bugatti Ceramique Edition One Divo that were launched last year, only in carbon fiber versions. The screen is still AMOLED with durable touch sapphire glass.
On a single charge, the 540mAh battery can last up to 12 days in normal mode or 2 days with AOD. With a durable body, it is also ice-proof up to a depth of 100 meters. Because of the carbon fiber material used, this watch only weighs 94 grams.
It comes with various standard features such as GPS, site tracker, heart rate scanner, sleep and VO2Max. There is a mode that detects 90 types of exercise and sports activities automatically along with recommendations of possible sports activities. According to Bugatti, the GPS tracking system on their watch is as good as the one used on the Chiron race car.
In Malaysia, the Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition is sold at a price of RM12,270 per piece with only 2500 units to be produced by Bugatti.
