Celcom is now issuing a reminder to users, saying the Celcom Life app, Celcom Life hub, Celcom Online Shop and Celcom Self Service Kiosk will be in offline mode temporarily from December 17, 6pm until December 18, 10am.
Celcom says this is due to the need to upgrade their system.
Celcom users' lines are not interrupted due to this. But users are reminded to top up or pay bills before that time so as not to be affected by system upgrade disruptions.
