Elon Musk Refuses to Step Down as Twitter CEO Until a Replacement Is Found

In a poll conducted through his Twitter account this week, more than 57% agreed that Elon Musk should step down as CEO. A few days after the vote was taken, Musk still refused to resign. Today Musk said he will only resign after finding a replacement.

Under the same umbrella, Tom Anderson who is the founder of MySpace shows interest in sitting on the hot seat of the social media world now. Musk also said that after resigning he will continue to lead Twitter's software and browser teams.

Since taking over Twitter, Musk has made many changes that have been unpopular with users and caused many companies to pull their advertising.

It is heard that he was advised to resign as CEO of Twitter by Tesla investors who are angry that the company's stock value has fallen more than 50% since the beginning of 2022. Twitter is seen to cause Musk to lose focus on Tesla and SpaceX, two companies that are more valuable than Twitter.
