Elon Musk's Private Jet Stalker Finally Banned from Twitter

Since before becoming the owner of Twitter, Elon Musk had a stalker who faithfully followed and spread the location of the jet belonging to one of the world's richest people.

The jet information was posted by Jack Sweeney who manages the @ElonJet account using data from air traffic that can be accessed by the public, we were quoted as saying by The Verge, Thursday.

Regarding the @ElonJet account which has now been blocked, Elon has spoken up. In November, he said that the account was a personal security threat. But he will not block the account as part of his commitment to freedom of expression.

But it's unclear what made his position change and then @ElonJet was banned. For information, apart from Twitter, Sweeney also posted the same information on Instagram and Facebook. But on both platforms he can walk freely without being blocked.

Before being blocked on Twitter, @ElonJet also didn't post anything unusual. His last post shows that Elon's jet landed in Los Angeles after a 48-minute flight.

Sweeney previously mentioned that the @ElonJet account had begun to be silenced. He posted a screenshot that allegedly came from Twitter's internal Slack.

The image shows an order from Ella Irwin, the boss of trust and safety at Twitter, who ordered her staff to put a sort of shadow ban on the @ElonJet account.

"Immediately install VF (visibility filtering) to the account," said Irwin's message. Sweeney also mentioned that at that time the @ElonJet account was difficult to find from search pages or Twitter suggestions.

Actually Elon once tried to "silence" Sweeney by offering him USD 5000 and stop being a stalker of Elon's jet. Even then, Elon increased his bid to USD 50 thousand, which until now is unclear.
