Huawei and Oppo have now announced a collaboration, saying they will license each other for a number of patents, including patents related to 5G.
Huawei itself says they have developed a number of portfolios related to 5G, WiFi, audio and even video.
Through this collaboration, Huawei and Oppo say that each respects and values the innovation developed by both parties, and this partnership leads to a win for both parties.
