Instagram today announced the introduction of a new feature, called Instagram Notes. Through it, it allows users to share in the form of text and emoji, up to 60 characters long.
Through Instagram Notes, each share will be displayed at the top of the DM page, and it will be displayed for a period of 24 hours – much like Stories.
Instagram says Notes, it allows users to do simple sharing without having to share pictures and so on. Friends who reply will also keep in touch with you through the DM section.
For now, this feature is being gradually introduced to Instagram users.
