Highway service provider DUKE & SPE, now informs that users who use the TNG eWallet based payment system and also RFID face problems and are temporarily interrupted.
Alternatively, the payment system only supports the use of regular TNG cards for now.
As always, people are advised to have sufficient balance for travel purposes.
The problem of this disrupted system will have a great impact on users who use the RFID system, since there is no replacement system when it encounters a problem. This will also make users have to be careful in choosing to move completely to this new RFID system.
