Sony Honda Mobility was established this year to develop the first smart electric car as a result of the combination of these two Japanese giants. There are various speculations about the first vehicle because Sony is a new name in the motoring industry and Honda is relatively slow to enter the electric car arena compared to its competitors.
The mystery of their first car will be unraveled at CES 2023 with Sony Honda Mobility announcing on January 4th. In the image of the announcement made this week, only part of the side of this vehicle was shared. It is similar to the side of the Sony Vision-S announced at CES 2020 and the Sony Vision-S 02 SUV at CES 2021.
The Sony Vision-S has already undergone a series of street tests since it was shown as a concept. Sony Honda Mobility has already said their first electric car will be on the market in 2025. Among the attractions is that it will be equipped with a PlayStation 5 console.
