Vivo has scheduled a new product launch event in China on December 22. Through it the Vivo S16 series will be announced which consists of three model options, namely Vivo S16, S16 Pro and S16e. The design has also been shown but not comprehensively for all the models. However, more detailed sharing is now starting to be revealed through the Mysmartprice website.
It shows the Vivo S16 and S16 Pro have a lot in common with the front screen support and curved back panel. A small hole is also placed on the screen of both devices along with relatively thin bezels on all sides. Unlike its predecessor, there is now no longer a square camera module. Instead, the included tri-camera system is placed in a different position vertically. Not to be left out, it also has a circular LED Flash similar to the one found on the previous Oppo Reno8 Pro.
Vivo S16 & S16 Pro
Next, the Vivo S16e is expected to be the base model for the series. Overall, it still borrows a number of designs from the S16 and S16 Pro. Where, a tri-camera system is used with a matching large circular LED Flash light. The significant difference lies in the use of a perforated screen and a kind of flat body. The size of the bezel is also quite thin on all sides, in addition to the power button and audio adjustment that can be seen on the right side.
Vivo S16e
Information about the specifications is still not officially known. But there is a possibility, the pro variant uses the Dimensity 8200 chip with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The battery is 4,600mAh that supports a 66W fast charging system.
All these features and functions may be packed into a smartphone with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen that also supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
