A YouTuber from Japan is now living as a dog. At that time, he was willing to spend up to JPY 2 million to make a Collie costume, which was completed in 40 days after several revisions.
His life as a dog was published on his YouTube channel '動物になりたい(I want to be an animal)'. This YouTube channel, owned by an unknown person, now has 12.5 thousand subscribers. The video has even been watched tens of thousands to millions of times.
Launching the Mirror, the person who wants to be called Toco admits that he has long wanted to be an animal. Even so, he was afraid of what people would think of him.
"I rarely tell my friends because I'm afraid they'll think I'm weird. My friends and family look shocked that I've become an animal," he said in the interview.
"Since childhood, I have had this non-specific fantasy of becoming an animal. I wondered if this was a desire to transform," continued Toco.
Toco does dog-like activities and he shows them in videos on his YouTube channel. He shows videos in which he rolls over, sleeps on a swing, eats fake dog food until his tail moves.
Even though he is afraid of the opinions of those closest to him, it turns out that in cyberspace many netizens support Toco's actions.
