Tokopedia noted the high level of public interest in using its online shopping application to reveal the best-selling products for 2022. Several products ranging from health to household products are the most popular categories on Tokopedia.

Meanwhile, rice, chicken eggs, instant noodles and bread are the best selling products through Tokopedia NOW!
"We also see that sellers who use the order fulfillment service Served by Tokopedia experience an average increase in sales of more than 5 times," he said.
"Our internal data records that users using Tokopedia NOW! have increased more than 10 times," he continued.
Apart from their daily needs, people also often use various products or services at Tokopedia for other needs, one of which is tax payment services. Throughout 2022, state revenue, PBB and e-Samsat are the most common types of taxes paid through Tokopedia.

Tokopedia Innovation for Indonesian People
During 2022, Tokopedia also presents innovations based on needs in the social-commerce era, where people tend to look for inspiration while shopping by utilizing the Tokopedia Play video streaming channel. Apart from that, Tokopedia Affiliate also makes it easier for people to earn income by recommending products or shops on Tokopedia through social media. In 2022, Tokopedia records that Tokopedia Affiliate users have increased more than 11 times.
In order to improve the user experience when using online shopping applications, said Ekhel, Tokopedia presents a Dark mode feature that makes the application display more comfortable when used in low light.
Tokopedia also launched the Shared Shopping feature for iOS users which aims to make it easier for users to shop with family or relatives.
It also collaborated with BRI to launch the Tokopedia Card credit card service in June 2022. Meanwhile, in August 2022 Tokopedia introduced the PLUS by GoTo subscription service with various benefits, such as free shipping without a quota, special discounts and priority access to limited promos.
