In a matter of days the Galaxy S23 will be released globally. Ahead of the launch event, the Samsung S22 has a new price in January 2023. cheaper.
The Galaxy S22 series was introduced in February 2022. There are three variants presented by Samsung, namely the Galaxy S22, S22 Plus and S22 Ultra.
All three are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The technology giant from South Korea also provides support for 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 6E Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and USB Type C connections.
Not only that, there is also a fingerprint feature on the screen and an IP68 certificate (water and dust resistant). Especially for the Samsung S22 Ultra, the S Pen is attached to the body.
The good news for those of you who want to buy the Samsung S22, the price is lower than when it was launched.
Price leaks for the Samsung Galaxy S23
Based on the leaked documents, Samsung Diamond appears to be the internal code name for the Galaxy S23 series. Code DM1 becomes Galaxy S23 while DM2 is S23+ and DM3 is S23 Ultra.
The lowest Galaxy S23 costs USD 799 for the 8/128 GB configuration. Samsung will also offer an 8/256GB version of the S23, however, the price was not specified in the leak.
Now the Galaxy S23+ Galaxy S23+ will be priced the same as last year's series, namely USD 999. But the most basic capacity provided is 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Whereas the most basic option the S22+ has 128GB of storage. Samsung will also offer the S23+ 8/512GB model if users need extra storage.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra starts at USD 1,199 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. If users want to jump to 12GB RAM, they'll need to grab the model with 512GB storage.
The new S23 series will allegedly be available in Phantom Black, Cream, Green and Lavender colors.
