The police and FBI agents are working hard to uncover the case of the deaths of 4 University of Idaho students and female students as a result of murders that have caught the public's attention. Trash can be a very important key.
As reported, investigators managed to trace the DNA of a man, who was left in the knife sheath. The sheath was found near one of the victims at the crime scene, a rental house in Idaho. In addition, investigations via CCTV and cellphone tracking lead to a doctoral student named Bryan Kohberger.
As quoted by us from CNN, a related source said that the two teams were formed by the apparatus with two missions. The first is to keep an eye on Kohberger so he can arrest him when the warrants go out.
The second team was asked to look for objects or objects with traces of DNA, to match the DNA evidence at the murder scene. While being watched at his parents' home in Pennsylvania, Kohberger was seen several times going out wearing gloves.
The man who is studying for a doctoral degree in crime was seen carrying trash bags, but instead of putting them in the trash cans at his house, he put them in his neighbour's house. This is of course to disguise the traces.
Even Kohberger is also known to clean his car thoroughly. The vehicle was a white Hyundai sedan which was caught on a CCTV camera near the crime scene.
FBI agents then took samples of trash from the Kohberger family home as well as the homes of neighbors. The sample is then sent to the laboratory. The DNA of Kohberger's father was found to match the DNA at the crime scene.
When the evidence was deemed sufficient, the SWAT team immediately raided the suspect's house. They busted down the door in procedures that named high-risk suspects. Kohberger was arrested and is currently facing trial.
