The GeForce NOW service now supports video game streaming at 250FPS settings. This is now possible after their SuperPOD browser is now equipped with an RTX 4080 GPU. Each SuperPOD has a processing power of 64 teraflops which is equivalent to 5 times the power of the Xbox Series X and almost 1.75 times the power of the previous version of the SuperPOD.
Only Ultimate tier subscribers can access streaming at this highest setting for $19.99 per month. Streaming customers using the RTX 3080 were previously automatically able to access the Ultimate level.
At 4K graphics settings, NVIDIA says GeForce Now can support frame rates between 60-120FPS. For the first time ultra wide resolution up to 3,840 x 1,600 pixels is also supported.
