Can You Bring a Power Bank into the Airplane Cabin?
Airplane passengers are allowed to bring a power bank into the aircraft cabin. It's just that there are some power provisions
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued circular letter SE Number 015 of 2018 relating to the potential risk of explosion/fire hazard on power banks or spare lithium batteries which endanger safety during flight.
In this Safety SE, domestic and foreign airlines are instructed to ask each passenger during the check-in process regarding the ownership of a power bank or spare lithium battery.
Airlines must also ensure that power banks or spare lithium batteries carried by passengers and aircraft personnel must meet several conditions.
First, the power bank is not put in checked baggage or checked baggage, but in passenger baggage. These devices are also prohibited from connecting with other electronic devices on board.
This means that passengers are prohibited from charging their cellphones with a power bank during the flight.
A power bank that can be carried is no more than 100 Wh or 20,000 mAh. The number of power banks carried is no more than two units.

Also make sure to charge your power bank before the trip. So there is no need to recharge the power bank on the plane.
make sure to carry the power bank in a bag equipped with special protection such as anti-leak pads or anti-short circuit bags to prevent damage to the power bank and the surrounding environment.
