HP Coca Cola Launches Soon, Peek at Leaked Specifications

Not long ago the internet was horrified by the appearance of a cellphone rendering with the Coca Cola logo on the back. It turns out that this cellphone is the result of a collaboration between Realme and Coca Cola which will be released soon.

The Cola Phone render (name still unconfirmed) was first uploaded by tipster Mukul Sharma on Twitter. The rendering shows the back of the phone which is dominated by red, which looks like a Coca Cola can, complete with a fairly large logo.

The Coca Cola cellphone is also seen to have two rear cameras. But it is not known who the Android phone vendor is working with Coca Cola to make this phone.

Many suspect that the Cola Phone is a rebranded version of the Realme 10 Pro. Sure enough, not long after this rendering went viral, Realme India shared a number of soda-themed teasers on social media.

Realme uploaded a video on Twitter with the caption "Something exciting is bubbling!" and a cell phone with a red background. They don't explicitly say Coca Cola's name, but the background color and bubble effect are identical to those of the fizzy drink.

Apart from that, VP Realme Madhav Sheth also shared the Cola Phone teaser via his personal Twitter account. The teaser also confirms that the Cola Phone will be a special edition of the Realme 10 Pro, as quoted from GSM Arena, Sunday (29/1/2023).

Sheth uploaded a photo showing the Realme 10 Pro in the Hyperspace Gold color variant with a silhouetted reflection of a Coca Cola can on the back panel.

It is not yet known whether this Coca Cola cellphone will have different specifications from the Realme 10 Pro. Whether this phone will only be available in India or will visit other countries is still a mystery.

The Realme 10 Pro itself is a middle-class cellphone with a Snapdragon 695 chipset, an LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,000 mAh battery, and a 108 MP camera.

This isn't the first time a coke brand has launched an Android phone. In 2015, Pepsi launched two mobile phones namely the Pepsi P1 and Pepsi P1S in collaboration with Koobee.
