Two versions of the Microsoft Surface Duo 3 were not offered in the global market due to poor reception. Average early users say that the foldable dual-screen design used is impractical compared to other foldable screen designs. According to the Windows Central report, on the Surface Duo 3 this dual-screen design will no longer be used.
Instead Microsoft acquiesced and replaced it with a foldable screen design on the inside like the Find N2 and Fold4. It will also have a secondary screen on the outside. Obviously this is the best design right now as it has been proven by other manufacturers.
To give Surface Duo 3 an edge, Microsoft is now focusing on software with better software and service integration. So far only Samsung devices have received good Microsoft application support due to an agreement between the two companies. When the Surface Duo 3 will be launched is unknown at this time.
