Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra Announced – 4K Webcam With DSLR-Comparable Quality

Recently, Razer has come up with a new DSLR-like webcam through the Kiyo Pro Ultra. It supports resolutions up to 4K/30 FPS using an 8.3 MP CMOS Sony STARVIS sensor with a pixel size of 2.9μm. This simultaneously allows it to capture more light, then produce a more detailed image. At the same time, HDR support has also been improved for better color quality.

In addition, the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is also equipped with a Face Tracking Auto-Focus AI feature that can automatically track the user's face. With built-in artificial intelligence, the camera can keep the user in focus, while blurring the background well. According to Razer, this bokeh effect is done automatically without the need for any additional software.

The size of this camera is however larger than the previous generation. Next, there is also a physical shutter available, either built-in or extra outside the camera for users who need more privacy. Users can also use the Razer Synapse software for the modification of various settings and the latest downloads. As for the price, it is sold at $300 (~RM1313) apiece.
