Xiaomi officially released the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus. These two cellphones carry fierce specifications but are priced at wallet-friendly prices.
Both the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus offer a 6.67 inch screen with Full HD + resolution. The panel used is an OLED type that supports Dolby Vision.
The refresh rate of the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is 120Hz, while the touch sampling rate is 240Hz. Both screens are made with thin bezels, namely 2.9 mm.
The two HPs are supported by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, Xiaomi mixes them up with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal memory. The device also runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
The difference between the Redmi Note 12 Pro and the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus lies in the main camera and battery capacity. Redmi Note 12 Pro is equipped with a 50 MP main camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor.
Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus carries a 200 MP camera with a Samsung HMX sensor. The HP has a 7P lens and has a high-end ALD anti-glare coating that has been applied to significantly improve image quality, the company says.
The remaining two cameras on the back remain the same. There is an 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP macro lens.
For the battery, the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has a capacity of 5,000 with 67W fast charging. The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has a 4980mAh battery with 120W fast charging and a P1 chip. Promised to charge up to 100% in 19 minutes.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro comes in Stardust Purple, Frosted Blue and Onyx Black colors and is priced at Rs 24,999 for 6GB + 128GB, Rs 26,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and 8GB + 256GB model for Rs 27,999 .
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus comes in Arctic White, Iceberg Blue and Obsidian Black colors at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB and Rs 32,999 for the 12GB + 256 GB model.
Both have gone on sale in India on January 11.
