Samsung has now received confirmation for the Samsung ECG App in Malaysia, at the same time showing support for the ECG app on Samsung devices to be introduced soon for local users.
This confirmation was received by Samsung through the Medical Device Authority (MDA).
Samsung previously added the ECG feature through the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch5 smart watches - both of which are sold in Malaysia.
With the presence of an ECG, it evaluates and collects the user's pulse data, and then provides a notification if it finds anything out of sync - at the same time allowing you to meet medical experts to get information and advice.
Together we look forward to the introduction of this app update with ECG support for the Malaysian market.
