For years, photos shared on Twitter were cropped and only had to be clicked to view in full size. In May 2021, Twitter introduced the ability to display images at full size.
Now after more than a year of introduction, they have done a u-turn and the picture display has been cropped again. The Twitter app doesn't even need to be updated, I realize the pictures are no longer in full size.
This change is seen only on iOS devices and not on Android devices. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional and there is no statement from Twitter regarding this change.
On iOS I started noticing this change in version 9.39. While on Android I use version 9.70.0. What do you think about this? Do you prefer full size or cropped images?
