Cereka, one of the local applications that focuses on reading various books digitally in the form of subscription, has now introduced the latest update with a number of innovations.
The main thing that looks different compared to the previous version is the interface. Unlike the previous use of three separate tabs, it is now all gathered in one main page. Short stories and novels are featured in front, while short stories are displayed in a form similar to Stories on social applications.
At the same time, this latest update also includes search support to make it easier to search for books by genre, publisher or author.
Another new feature that has also been added is what is called "Read", allowing users to label a book to be read at a later time.
For those of you who are interested, you can download Cereka on the App Store and Google Play Store. For now, it's offered through a mobile app only. Short stories and cartoons can be read for free without any subscription, while novels are offered at a subscription price of RM4.90 per month.
