Jennifer Gates, the eldest daughter of Bill Gates, and her husband Nayel Nassar, have reportedly moved to a super luxurious new house in Manhattan, New York. The house is worth USD 51 million .
Quoted by us from the New York Post, the penthouse with 6 luxurious bedrooms was purchased last month by an entity related to the founder of Microsoft. In the past, the owner was Lewis Hamilton, a Formula 1 legend.
Previously, Jennifer also bought a house worth USD 16 million in the Westchester area as a gift for her graduation from Stanford University. Now, the house is in the process of being sold.
Jennifer is pregnant, the fruit of her love with Nassar, so perhaps Bill Gates thinks that his beloved daughter needs a better home. The facilities of this house are so good.
In addition to the six bedrooms, there are six bathrooms, two powder rooms, 20-foot ceilings, multiple patios, and two parking lots. The building only has 15 parking spaces in total. Amenities include an indoor pool, gym with locker rooms, baths, and a 5,000 square foot landscaped rooftop terrace.
Jennifer is now heavily pregnant. Bill Gates recently expressed his joy at the arrival of his first grandchild. But on the other hand, he is also worried about the fate of his grandson in the future.
