Also announced in the 2023 Budget is that the government will bear the test fees for B2 motorcycle licences, taxis, buses and even driving licences. The cost incurred is only for the test and does not include the cost of the driving class.
In Malaysia at the time of the test for a B2 motorcycle license, for example, it is RM20 for citizens and for taxi drivers and taxi drivers it is RM30. A small value but it is hoped that it can reduce the burden on the people to face the economy in 2023 which is expected to be challenging.
