Celcom now informs that their customers in parts of Ulu Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis may face network disruptions, involving voice and data calls.
Celcom said this happened because it involved three fiber networks that were cut off involving the area in question.
Celcom's network engineers are currently working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and restore the network to normal.
