In addition to the Maybank application having problems sharing transaction receipts via WhatsApp, it now appears that the CIMBClicks banking application also has the same problem.
This problem seems to involve users of the application on iPhone only for now, while it does not affect Android users.
When shared, it only shares simple text, without including the receipt document file in PDF form.
For now, CIMB advises to use another alternative for the time being, which is to save it in PDF form first, before sharing via WhatsApp manually.
