Just a day after the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 was released, the Poco X5 5G was officially launched on the market. Inevitably this sparked a fierce war for 5G cellphones on the market at the beginning of the year.
we try to compare several aspects of each cellphone. Maybe it can be used as a reference before you decide to order one of them.
Screen
Infinix Zero 5G 2023 and Poco X5 5G both carry screens with Full HD + resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
If you are looking for a cell phone with a large screen then the two are a draw. Infinix Zero 5G 2023 has a screen size of 6.67 inches, the same as the Poco X5 5G which has a size of 6.67 inches.
However, the Poco HP offers great color quality, because the screen uses an AMOLED panel. Meanwhile, Infinix has equipped its new cellphone screen with an LDC IPS panel.
The brightness of the Poco X5 5G screen reaches 1,200 nits, higher than that of the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 which has a brightness level of 500 nits. Poco also covers it with Gorilla Glass 3.
Processor
Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset. Meanwhile, the Poco X5 5G is supported by Snapdragon 695.
Both of these chips are made with the 6nm architecture. Apart from that, they both rely on 2x ARM Cortext-A78 and 6x Cortex-A55.
But on paper the Dimensity 920 chipset is superior. Because Dimensity 920's core looks faster, the ISP is more reliable and supports WiFi 6.
Both phones are equipped with 8GB of RAM which can be added with the virtual RAM feature. The internal memory provided is up to 256 GB.
Camera
Both phones carry three cameras on their backs. The size of the Infinix main camera is slightly higher, although the difference is not significant, 50 MP compared to 48 MP.
Which one is better at producing shots, must be tested together. However, the composition of the Poco X5 5G camera is more interesting.
Because Poco pinned an 8 MP ultra-wide. So we can capture moments with a wider perspective, useful for photographing landscapes or photographing groups.
Battery
The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 and Poco X5 5G batteries both have a capacity of 5,000 mAh. Each is provided with 33W fast charging support, so the battery will charge quickly.
Both also have fingerprint sensors on the side of the body, USB Type C port and NFC.
Infinix Zero 5G 2023 only provides one model with 8/256 GB.
While the Poco X5 5G has two options, namely 6/128 GB and 8/256 GB.
