Over the past few days, it seems that the Maybank application is facing problems when sharing payment receipts directly via WhatsApp.
On the other hand, when sharing is done, it simply displays text only, for example “Share M2U Receipt M2U_XXXX”, without including the receipt document in PDF form or image.
Maybank itself confirmed this problem, and stated that this disruption occurs when sharing via iOS devices.
Alternatively, users are asked to use methods such as saving the receipt and sharing it again, or recording the screenshot, and then sharing it as a picture.
