Microsoft Shuts Down Internet Explorer Completely

Microsoft is ready to share that it will completely disable Internet Explorer through an update for Microsoft Edge. As promised, the update has now been rolled out to everyone, ending the history of Internet Explorer completely.

Through this update for Microsoft Edge, it will display a notice on Internet Explorer users, and will be taken to Microsoft Edge every time they open any link to Internet Explorer.

Microsoft says Microsoft Edge is ready to integrate legacy Internet Explorer support, so various applications specific to it will continue to run smoothly without problems.

Microsoft will then remove various visual things involving Internet Explorer such as application icons and so on through the Windows update scheduled around June 2023.
