It has been almost three months that the Nothing Phone (1) device has been testing Nothing OS based on Android 13. Now finally, the stable version update is distributed through Nothing OS 1.5.2.
Just for now, this update is distributed to beta users first. Meaning those who are already running Nothing OS 1.5.1 will receive the OTA in the near future. Meanwhile for normal users, the update will be distributed in the near future.
Users running Nothing OS 1.5.1 will receive the 157MB update. In this update, Nothing offers a new weather app, a ringtone pack with new Glyph animations, a wallpaper pack, more color themes, an updated notification tray, an improved interface, allowing users to clear the clipboard after copying something, and faster performance with more economical use of power.
Although it seems interesting that Nothing has finally distributed the Android 13 update, it is sad to be informed that the security patch is still the January 2023 version instead of February.
