Finally after more than a month of launch in China and last week announced for the global market, OnePlus 11 5G is now official for the Malaysian market. In our previous review, we said the OnePlus 11 might be the flagship killer of 2023 – given that other flagships are selling for close to RM5000 and some over RM7000.
OnePlus, which has been criticized for a long time, may have returned to how many people knew this brand once upon a time. OnePlus 11 comes with a 6.7″ Super Fluid AMOLED LTPO3 screen, QHD+ 3216×1440, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. For memory, this device uses 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, while the internal storage is 256GB UFS 4.0 which latest – fastest memory matching.
OnePlus not only returns the notification drop-down switch on this device, but also returns the Hasselblad camera system, the Hasselblad Camera for Mobile. The camera configuration is 50 MP, f/1.8, OIS, EIS (Wide-Angle) + 48 MP, f/2.2, (Ultra-Wide-Angle) + 32 MP, f/2.0 (Telephoto) and 16 MP, f/2.45 selfie camera .
The device uses a fairly fast under-screen fingerprint scanner, supports IP64 protection, uses a Dual “Reality” Speakers Dolby Atmos speaker system and packs a 5000mAh capacity battery that supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging without wireless charging.
The device runs Android 13-based Oxygen OS 13 operating system with 4-year software update support and 5-year security. The OnePlus 11 5G also comes with a unique design, where the camera module and device frame are made of the same metal sheet, Gorilla Glass Victus front and back and offer a choice of smooth Eternal Green or Titan Black with a soft sandpaper finish.
The selling price in Malaysia is RM3299 for 8/128 GB Titan Black color and RM3599 for 16/256 GB Eternal Green color. In conjunction with the launch, OnePlus Malaysia is offering free Sandstone Bumper Case and OnePlus Buds Pro 2 if you pre-order from February 16 to February 24. While sales from 25 February to 3 March will receive the same frame with a RM200 discount for the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
