OnePlus 11 which is the new flagship device of OnePlus today launched for the global market. This device is confirmed to arrive in the Malaysian market soon, after more than a month of launch in China. According to OnePlus executives, this year there will be no Pro model introduced and the OnePlus 11 is their Pro device.
OnePlus 11 comes with a 6.7-inch LTPO 3.0 Super Fluid AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution, supports 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ display. The screen is also protected with Gorilla Glass Victus. The processing chip that powers this device is Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and is paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM memory with RAM-Vita artificial intelligence technology to manage memory more intelligently and 256GB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The device also supports a fast under-screen fingerprint scanner, comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging without wireless charging support, returns the notification drop-down switch, Dolby Atmos Dual “Reality” speakers, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, WiFi 7, NFC and no IP68 protection. The device runs the latest Android 13-based Oxygen OS 13 with battery health and charge monitoring features.
For the camera, the OnePlus 11 uses a configuration of 50MP wide-angle Sony IMX890 f/1.88, OIS+EIS + 48MP ultra-wide-angle Sony IMX581 f2.2 + 32MP portrait telephoto sensor Sony IMX709 f/2.0, 2x optical zoom. Also available on this device is a 13-channel Accu-spectrum color-light recognition sensor, a 16MP Sony IMX471 f/2.45 selfie camera. OnePlus has once again partnered with Hasselblad for Hasselblad Camera for Mobile technology.
Color choices are Titan Black with a dull finish like sandpaper or Eternal Green with a glossy anti-fingerprint finish. The construction of the device is a combination of metal and Gorilla Glass 5, while the design of the camera bump is inspired by black holes in space.
The selling price of this device in the United States market for the 16/256 GB model is $799, which is around RM3438. For the Malaysian market, this device will be launched on February 14.
