Even so, we are social mentioning that there is a reduction in the number of people who do not get internet services compared to last year.

"However, a slower use of user growth will make it more difficult to achieve universal goals of the United Nations connectivity in 2023, considering that 2.85 billion people worldwide are still offline," said We Are Social.

Based on the recent report of We Are Social in January 2023, currently more than half of the population of the earth is an internet user. There are 5.16 billion people worldwide who access the internet. The amount is equal to 64.4% of the total population of the earth today.
