Poco is once again present with a new mid-range device through the C55 model that was announced a while ago. The device comes with a flat front screen with a small notch along with a dual-camera system that complements the rear panel.
The size of the screen used is 6.71-inch LCD type with HD+ resolution (1650 x 720 pixels). This is matched with a MediaTek Helio G85 chip as well as memory up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and internal storage up to 128GB eMMC 5.1. In addition, the device also packs microSD card support up to 1TB.
The main camera setup consists of 50MP (main) + 2MP (depth), while the selfie camera is 5MP. The battery capacity is 5,000mAh which also supports a 10W wired charging system. Other specs include a 3.5mm audio jack, an IP52 splash and dustproof rating, a physical fingerprint scanner and running MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
For now, the device is only offered for the Indian market with prices starting at INR9,499 (~RM508) (4GB/64GB) and INR10,999 (~RM589) (6GB/128GB) per unit.
