Along with the introduction of the Poco X5, Poco has also now introduced a "Pro" variant for the smartphone, namely the POCO X5 Pro 5G.
POCO X5 Pro 5G comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and is powered by a Snapdragon 778G chip. Completing it is memory up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, as well as storage up to 256GB UFS 2.2.
On the camera side, it comes with a 108-megapixel main camera on the back, and is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the POCO X5 Pro 5G includes a 16-megapixel camera.
POCO X5 Pro 5G also comes with a 5000mAh battery with 67W charging support.
This phone also comes with dual speakers for better audio, in addition to NFC support, a fingerprint scanner on the side of the device, as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. Powering it is also MIUI 14 for Poco.
In Malaysia, POCO X5 Pro 5G is offered at a price of RM1299 for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and RM1499 for 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. For this introductory phase, Poco is offering a RM100 discount, allowing users to get it at prices of RM1199 and RM1399 respectively through Lazada.
