Last week Samsung began offering the One UI 5.1 operating system based on Android 13 on the Galaxy S22, S21, Z Flip4, Z Flip3, Z Fold4 and Z Fold3 series devices. Today we are aware that the One UI 5.1 update is starting to be received for Galaxy S22, Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 series devices in Malaysia.
The size of this operating system update is almost 2.2 GB. It brings new features introduced on the Galaxy S23 series. These include separating the subject from the background in the Gallery app, new themes for devices, Expert RAW support directly from within the camera app and more.
Also included is an update to the security patch to February 2023. For Galaxy S22, Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 series device owners, download the update via the Software Update menu in the device settings.
