The Minister has now instructed the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) to examine and resolve various arising problems involving the quality of telecommunication services by June 2023.
This also involves a number of things, including network coverage in buildings, in addition to highways and a number of other locations such as stadiums and so on. Users are seen to sometimes enjoy a good network outside the building, but the quality of service drops when inside the building.
The minister himself has previously emphasized several times that he will pay attention to the problem of the quality of telecommunication lines, including coverage gaps in some locations that make users unable to fully enjoy the telecommunications network.
With this new instruction, we all look forward to various problems related to service quality being resolved and given attention by SKMM - at the same time benefiting users across the country.
