Sony's best headphones are the WH-1000XM5 but their premium price makes them unaffordable. For those looking for wireless headphones with the same features as the XM5 but without breaking the bank, the Sony WH-CH720N and Sony WH-CH520 have been launched.
The WH-CH720N is the more prominent of the two new models. It is equipped with the V1 chip and Dual Noise Sensor used on the XM5. With this, the WH-CH720N offers a good ANC active noise cancellation feature and at the same time with high quality assisted by the Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) system.
According to Sony, the WH-CH720 is the lightest wireless headphone with ANC they have ever released weighing only 6 ounces It is equipped with a battery that can offer 35 hours of use.
The WH-CH520 is a more basic model without ANC but comes with Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) to improve audio quality. Without a complex system it can operate up to 50 hours on a single charge.
The Sony WH-CH720N is sold for $150 (~RM665) in black, blue and white. The Sony WH-CH520 is sold at a price of $60 (~RM266) also in black, blue and white.
