Spotify Now Has Playlists Only Accessible By NFT Owners

Spotify is finally showing off their NFT feature. As an initial test, Kingship, a meta-city music group under Universal Music Group, has introduced a special playlist that can only be accessed by owners of their NFT collection.

This feature is seen to be limited to Android users, where there is a lock logo on the play button because it prevents access for normal users to play their music. This button can only be pressed after the user has connected with a crypto wallet like Metamask to verify their respective NFT holdings.

In addition to Kingship, the Overlord group is also seen offering the same features. But for now this exclusive playlist is only accessible to NFT owners in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
