The Xiaomi 13 series was launched in China in December last year with two models namely Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Both devices use new Leica cameras with the Pro using a 1-inch 50MP sensor.
The device is confirmed to be launched for the global market and the more powerful Xiaomi 13 Ultra model will be unveiled at the upcoming MWC Barcelona 2023 event. Now, Xiaomi has announced that the global version of the Xiaomi 13 series will be launched on February 26 at 11 PM.
Xiaomi 13 Pro comes with a 6.73-inch 2K, 120Hz, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision OLED screen. Generated with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip matched with memory up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and internal storage up to 512GB UFS 4.0. The camera is 50+50+50 Megapixel, 16 Megapixel selfie camera, 4820mAh battery with 120W charging, IP68 protection, Dolby Atmos speaker and curved design.
While the Xiaomi 13 comes with a smaller size which is OLED 6.36-inch FHD+, 120Hz, HDR10+ and powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip which is matched with 12GB RAM LPDDR5 memory and internal storage reaches 512GB UFS 4.0. The camera is 50+12+10 Megapixel, selfie camera is 16 Megapixel, 4500mAh battery with 67W charging and also has IP68 protection. The same speakers are Dolby Atmos, but the design of the device is flatter.
