Umobile data services are currently experiencing disruptions resulting in customers not being able to access internet services through their devices. Looking at the tweets sent by users through social media sites, the disruption has been interrupted for the past hour.
Umobile has not sent any message explaining why the disruption occurred and when the service will return to normal. Affected customers will only receive a DM message to resolve this issue. But the tweets sent seem to be sent by bots that only detect keywords.
Outages are reported across Malaysia with us seeing it happen in the Kelang Valley all the way to Senai Johor. The article will be updated after we receive official feedback from Umobile.
